These two connectors are used on Denso o2 sensors. There are no symbols except on has 10868 on the back, the other 11027. I woould like to make repeat orders of these connectors but have had an impossible time trying to find them on various sites.

Hi Shaun,
Sorry these are not Harwin connectors, so I am unable to identify them for you - however, I do think I have seen something similar in the Farnell catalogue before, so hopefully someone here can help. It might be worth posting a link to this thread in the Experts area as well: http://www.element-14.com/community/community/experts?view=discussions
Hi Shaun, The connectors you are trying to identify look similar to our MX150L Sealed Connector System (See link for more info). Unfortunately I am not able to identify the exact part number as most automotive connectors like this are proprietary to GM,Ford, or Chrysler. Denso does by from Molex and this could be a Molex part. I would recommend going to our site and refine your search by wire size awg and circuits loaded. You will most likely find a match or something that will be very close to what you have and may be a substitute. I hope this helps. Thanks.
Not an answer to your question, but when I come across these in agricultural equipment (not O2 sensors, but more like flow and proximity sensors!) that I need to fix up, I use Packard connectors. These are waterproof, come in a variety of pin layouts and you can customise them by having the male and female connectors either way around in the bodies.
hth,
Kevin.
Ginny, sorry for the delay, and my camera is not that good. I found a supply that is probably going through a number of middle men, and I am still looking for a more direct source (such as Newark). Here are more pics.
I am very surprised there are no original manufacturer markings except the last five digits of the Toyota part number. I doubt Toyota makes them in-house, and Denso is the OE supplier of the sensors that include these plugs.
Contact this company with a picture of what you need. They do many OEM connectors. Most of them are not listed on their web site...
I still have not been able to identify the manufacturer of these connectors, and where to get them except that they are used with Denso narrowband oxygen sensors, and I suspect they are made by AMP, but unlike any other AMP connector I have not found an AMP label anywhere. I suppose these could be Japanese Domestic Market made connectors?
I know that this is VERY late.. but one of those those connectors is a Sumitomo TS Series connectors.
the other is a Yazaki 2.3II series connector.
