今天发布的器件具有4种自动增益控制的版本。TSOP852..AP5兼容所有常用红外遥控数据格式。TSOP853..AP5和TSOP854..AP5能抑制节能荧光灯发出的几乎所有虚假脉冲。TSOP855..AP5具有优异的噪声抑制能力,而且不受昏暗的LCD背光和任何荧光灯的影响。此外,TSOP853..AP5和TSOP855..AP5兼容短编码格式。

TSOP85…AP5接收器的典型功耗较低,在3.3V下的典型供电电流为0.35mA。这些器件对电源电压和纹波噪声不敏感,对环境光具有更好的抵御能力。器件的环氧树脂透镜盖被设计成红外滤波器。

TSOP85…AP5系列是为满足空间极为有限但又要求最佳性能的工业和消费类产品的需求而设计。这些器件针对笔记本电脑、数码相机等小型手持电子产品以及超薄液晶电视中的遥控和数据传输应用进行了优化。

这些接收器的电源电压为2.5V~5.5V,工作在36kHz~56kHz的载波频率下。这些器件的传输距离为35米,并与市场上的标准产品管脚兼容。所有器件均符合RoHS 2002/95/EC和WEEE 2002/96/EC,并符合IEC 61249-2-21规定的无卤素规范。
