What is the difference between P/N:ISP1760BE and P/N: ISP1760BEGA

Hello
I'm looking for an USB controller ISP160... could someone tell me what is the difference between
part number ISP1760BE and part number ISP1760BEGA from ST Ericson.
 
It seem the first one is obsolete but is the second one the replacement part? What is the difference?
