    FFC英文全称是:Flexible Flat Cable,柔性扁平电缆它是一种用PET绝缘材料和极薄的镀锡扁平铜线,通过高科技自动化设备生产线压合而成的新型数据线缆,具有柔软、随意弯曲折叠、厚度薄、体积小、连接简单、拆卸方便、易解决电磁屏蔽(EMI)等优点。

      可以任意选择导线数目及间距,使联线更方便,大大减少电子产品的体积,减少生产成本,提高生产效率,最适合于移动部件与主板之间、PCB板对PCB板之间、小型化电器设备中作数据传输线缆之用。普通的规格有0.5mm、0.8mm、1.0mm、1.25mm、1.27mm、1.5mm、2.0mm、2.54mm等各种间距柔性电缆线。
      目前广泛应用于各种打印机打印头与主板之间的连接,绘图仪、扫描仪、复印机、音响、液晶电器、传真机、各种影碟机等产品的信号传输及板板连接。在现代电器设备中,几乎无处在。
     
      我国FFC最早是从日本引进的.第一批FFC设备共有3台,至今FFC的前景仍然为众多连接器代理商看好,如华南地区专业代理连接器产品的浩隆电子等,对这类连接器都提供全方位的服务。
      与FPC的主要区别:
      FPC是flexible print circuit柔性印制线路,
      从他们的制造上面来讲的话,他们线路形成的方式是不同的:
      1 FPC 是用化学蚀刻的方式把FCCL(柔性覆铜箔)处理得到线路走型不同单面双面以及多层结构的柔性线路板.
      2 FFC是用上下两层绝缘箔膜中间夹上扁平铜箔,成品较简单,厚度较厚.
      从价格上说,自然FFC便宜得多,考虑到生产成本的话,更多企业更喜欢使用FFC的相关设计
      FFC软排线行业通用规格描述:
      P × N × TL × TYPE × (S1/S2 / S3/S4) (CT × CW)
        间距 屏数 总长度 型号 S1/S2:剥皮长度 S3/S4:补强板长度 导体厚度 导体宽度

      Length Length Thickness Width
      例如:0.5 × 45 × 300 × A(4/4/8/8)(0.035 × 0.30),就表示了0.5mm间距、45位、总长度300mm、同向,两头线口为4mm、补强板长度为8mm,使用铜线规格为0.035*0.30的型号的FFC软排线,并且这一规格主要适用于LCD液晶上面。
      FFC柔性扁平线缆型号(TYPE)图:

      常用型号如下:
      A型:两端连接且补强板粘贴在绝缘胶纸上;
      B型:补强板交叉直接粘贴在绝缘胶纸上;
      C型:两端补强板直接粘贴在导体上;
      D型:两端补强板交叉直接粘贴在导体上;
      E型:一端补强板贴在绝缘胶纸上,另一端直接焊锡;
      F型:两端补强板直接贴在绝缘胶纸上,内部一半剥离;
      G型:两端直接焊锡。
      FFC技术参数:
      导体数 N:排线中铜线导体的数目;
      间距 P:相邻两条导体中心线之间的距离;
     
    ffc技术参数

      边距 M:最外部一条导体中心线到排线边缘之间的距离:
      全间距 TP:最外部两条导体中心线之间的距离,TP=P*(N-1);
      总宽度 W:排线两个边缘中间的距离,W=P*(N+1);
      总长度 TL:排线两端的距离;
      插入厚度 TT:排线两个连接端的厚度;
