Get rid of the idiotic site policy of using a person's full name for their postings, instead of their username. It's bad enough that employers are trying to look at everyones' Facebook profiles to see if there's anything disagreeable in there. Not having anonymity means people won't express their true opinions about things.
If you edit your profile you can 'hide' your full name and only your username will show, the same way you can hide your email address.
Simply click on the link for your name at the top right, then when on your profile display page, choose 'edit profile' from the options on the right. You can then set the radio button to 'hide' for your full name.
Future versions will give more granularity over visibility of all areas of your profile information. allowing you to show/hide from guests, registered or connections.
Hope that solves your problem. Let us know of any other problems you have by posting in our Feedback and Support

Martin
I don't want to get into big argument with you since for all I know you might be my mother in law ;-)
But my point is that if you start a relationship with an employer or anyone else on the basis of pretending to be something you are not then it is very unlikely that the relationship will work. I (and I think a good many of the other regulars here) try to be honest and sincere - if a future boss/client/whatever can't take that I think I'm better off without them.
