    Hi Piet,

First off its nice to see someone still using 27C EPROMS!

I assume you mean which chip to select from the list of manufactures? There should be a device listed under NEC, suggest you start with 12volt devices and see how if it verify's ok. I think from having a look around you will find your chip is a 12.75volt device - if you can check with manufactures datasheet.

    Thanks

    Paul

    Hello Paul,

    Thanks of  your answer.

But I have a other problem.

I must select the type in de list of manufactures.

    I can select 27C5120-Q100 of the 27C512-N100.

    What is the difference?

    Greet,

    Piet Sijrier

From what I remember these are Intel part numbers and that the N and Q relates possible to voltage or maybe somthing like packing type. The 100 in the gate time (100ns). Either should work, just chek voltages. It was always a little suck-it-an-see.
