PLC interfacing to a website

I want data from various websites to be available on a PLC network. Can anyone suggest a type of PLC and a way to do this?
 
The data I want on the network is US Government security warnings, National Weather Service, and some other proprietary sites.

    You can do this easily from most SCADA/HMI packages that typically reside on a PLC network but if you want a pure "PLC solution" you could buy a Beckhoff CX9001. They are relatively inexpensive and run Windows CE, so you can write your own script to pull in anything you like off the web, save it to a file and then use the Beckhoff TwinCAT instructions to read the file data and do what you like with it. There are really many different ways to accomplish this.
