TB6612 and Esp32

Hi there! I am wondering how should I use my Esp32 Wrover Module to add WiFi commands to a car with the TB6612fng Motor Driver. I am using the Blynk app to send signals to my ESP32. I got that working but I am struggling to figure out how should I use the Driver with my ESP32. Thanks for the help! (I also have access to an Arduino Uno in case that helps)

    Hello Jeffrey,

    You will need to post the error message to get help. Presumably you are using an Arduino library and that may use different pins or be referencing an Arduino command that does not exist for the ESP32 implementation.  It is relatively simple to write your own motor control software.  For each motor channel there is a PWM pin to control speed by varying duty.  There are also two pins used per channel to control motor direction.

     

    edit:  does it compile on the Uno without errors?
