I just installed the Raspberry 7" Touchscreen, uploaded and updated my Raspian OS and then when I rebooted, the image was upside-down!
Any suggestions on how to fix this???
Many thanks in advance.

Based on the above responses, I think the best thing for now untill the OP learns a little more is to simply turn the screen upside down to correct the issue, anything else is more risky and can lead to no display.
Once the OP has mastered a few basics like editing, using the simple raspbian UI etc (Of which there is loads of Youtube and other tutorials available on line, including the Raspberry PI site tutorials), then we can start to talk the OP through righting the display
Can you recommend a good, basic tutorial link on YouTube that would allow me to understand the instructions you've outlined below?
Btw the only reason I want to turn the screen the other way is that the power cord is now extending from the bottom of the screen and I can't prop it up/ won't be able to install the display stand.

There is an essentials rapsberry PI article I wrote in past just on the LCD: http://www.element14.com/community/community/raspberry-pi/raspberry-pi-accessories/blog/2015/10/01/essential-raspberry-pi-peripherals-2-annex-2-7-lcd-touch-screen-display-installation-notes
Hope this will be helpful.

Thanks Enrico. I will take a look and see if these instructions will help.
