Hello everyone ! I have a crazy idea , and I need your help to make it real. My little brother has a toy mini piano. As its a toy , the sounds that comes out of it are really annoying . Nowhere near the sound it should make . So, I want to hack it up so it can make the sounds a real piano/keyboard makes . And he actually learns playing music . How can I connect the keys of the piano to my computer , so when a tone is pressed it makes that sound in my computer . I only want the keys of the piano , the processing and the sound should be done in the pc . I figure , somehow I have to take the analog signals of the keys and make them digital signals . Then sent them to my computer via USB to recognize the key that has been pressed and play the sound assigned to it . So , what do I need to make this project ???
