Touch screen does not working ...

I'm getting Raspberry Pi 7 "Touchscreen Display with surprise that the touch part does not work me, someone could help me ?. Thanks in advance. September 9, 2016.

    Is this a new screen that you have just assembled and it is not working, if so then refer to my post here:-

    my work environment is as follows: Raspberry Pi 3 and Berryboot. I have the touch display mounted on the support element14 Pi Smarti Touch, the display works well but the touch is not responding. Many thanks for your interest in helping.

    I would still double check the ribbon cables... both of them, specifically the one I am referring to at about 1:30 mark and 8:30 mark
