Transistor replacement

Based on your picture the device is likely a 2SD2141,

This should link you to a pdf. From there you may be able to find a source. Be sure to check surrounding and support components as this much heat may have taken something else out too. Also I would be inclined to replace both of these transistors at the same time. The data sheet indicates that it is an NPN Darlington used for driving ignitors, motors, and other higher current loads.
