it is not possible to say, but if you have saw waveform, like +-10V, connect to diode via 1k resistor, diode voltage to X input and ramp voltage on resistor to Y input of oscilloscope, and you will get VI curve. and by that you can tel if it normal diode, zener, or Schottky

Note since you have single ground on your scope, you have to do math to get voltage on R1 resistor by subtracting diode voltage from resistor voltage. ir if you have TPS2024 you can do it directly like in picture
