It's (99.9% likely) just 1N4148 which is a super-popular diode. (Fat yellow, then brown then yellow then gray stripes).
Your replacement is likely to come with wire legs, and possibly uncolored except for one band which I think is to be positioned where the fat band is.
If your current device works, that's easy to test with a multimeter.
Yes this one it have wire legs before but it pop of the circuit board after being in a flood.
