The Arduino board and the Atmega328 are not the same thing - the board has many additional components that may affect its reliability. The bare chip can't be used on its own at all so without a bit more context your question "so i can conclude that both are performing same in industry?" can't really be answered.
What aspects of performance are you worried about, speed, reliability, EMC, compliance with safety standards, protection from dirt, ect etc ?
