Excuse my ignorance, what does that device do? is it a power supply with an lcd or a solder station? My first advice is to test the arduino one as standalone device. Is the supply voltage to arduino stable? (no fluctuations?) What i/o pins do you use on it and are you sure it is programmed ok? Thank you.
