Rca Audio noise

I have wired up my raspberry pi b+ to a RCA/Composite connection to plug into the TV all cables use a common earth and this is where i think the noise is coming from is there a simple way of removing this noise

If you want to add something to the RCA cable you could look at tone of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/RCA-Phono-Ground-Loop-Isolator/dp/B007545XWE Though I have no idea how successful it would be.

Some people have found noise artefacts being induced by certain types of power supply. Try switching to a different power supply and see if that improves/solves your issue.
