I want an "Automatic Wire Cutter With Timer" very very tiny.

What is my mean tiny?

Imagine there is a Network cable on the wall.

I want set this machine around that cable and set timer for tomorrow.

Tomorrow at the exact time i want cut that wire auto.

The mechanic should have low site to put around the wire on the wall.

Is it possible to create such this machine?

My desire size is like a little camera.

Please advice me with what equipments i can create such this machanic?
