I want an "Automatic Wire Cutter With Timer" very very tiny.

What is my mean tiny?

Imagine there is a Network cable on the wall.

I want set this machine around that cable and set timer for tomorrow.

Tomorrow at the exact time i want cut that wire auto.

The mechanic should have low site to put around the wire on the wall.

Is it possible to create such this machine?

My desire size is like a little camera.

Please advice me with what equipments i can create such this machanic?

Here is the usage :

I want to put this device around a network cable and leave it for 1 day.

After 1 day it should cut that cable auto.

Device should be in the smallest possible size.

What will happen about that cable or what is the purpose of this mission? This is not our business.

We just create machines and sell them on the market..

What will happen about the cutter after cut?

It can stick on one side of cable.
