suggest me a best and budget-friendly fluke multimeter for my IoT-based automotive testing like OBD Devices and R&D

hi team,

I'm looking for a best fluke multimeter that can help me to test and my prototype devices and also for R&D.

because there is so many types of multimeter is available so please suggest me best fluke multimeter

    If this is your first meter I suggest you start with another unit and discover what you need. I own a Fluke 70. I have it for 30 years. The company gave me the option to purchase it when I resigned. I have other meters the Fluke is a primo meter. 

    I recommend starting with a less expensive meter to discover what you like and what you don't. Buttons or dial? Analogue or digital. Let's hope your meter discovery don't result in a an resistance setting that doesn't work because you tried to measure voltage on the wrong setting. Some meters will prevent this and sum meters will only let you do it once and then it doesn't work anymore.
