Software/program on SBC to view and control 4K PTZ camera wirelessly.

Looking for basic viewer program possibly using onvif to view camera and use touchscreen for ptz control with pinch and zoom control.

I simply googled for "onvif to view camera" and you'll get recommendations such as https://sourceforge.net/projects/onvifdm/

It's windows based.

A LattePanda Delta 3 would probably do it since the software may be windows based, and I believe you can get a touch screen for it.

Pinch and zoom control would require a website interface, which it may not have, so you'll have to search a bit wider for that or create something custom.
