I've not compared the datasheets fully (I'm on mobile), and there's no guarantee anyway since only the engineers who created your product are aware what specifications are relevant, but IGP10N60TXKSA1…

Not at all.. these are all, more likely than not, going to be fake, perhaps causing more damage. Example: These look like cleaned-up random parts with new inscriptions. The logo doesn't look correct…

I think the best think would be to put the same part number.

You can get those SKP10N60 on eBay.

    Example:

These look like cleaned-up random parts with new inscriptions. The logo doesn't look correct in this example, there's some discussion whether Infineon parts have a solid dot in the i or not:

gee I don't know charlieo21 that sure seems like a whole lot of money ($25.60 for 4 of them) esp when the seller has only 100% rating out of 2,482 positive feedbacks    KIDDING!!!

Ebay is certainly not a good place to buy parts. You can even tell up to where the one with visible part number got dipped in the solder pot.

I don't think eBay is a bad place to buy parts, the problem is that there are a many fake parts but definitely you can find good ones especially old parts. It's going to be hard to find a new old part.

You are partially correct, that said, since 2001 I have purchased over 11,000 items (receipts filing  13 shoe boxes) both component electronics and assembled electronics. Of the raw parts I have had only 2 SCRs fail or been DOA. TEST equipment on the other hand is a different story. If you do your homework for 5 or 10 minutes before clicking Pay The Man Button ie seller feedback rating and actual comments in aforementioned utility you can pretty much predict the authenticity of your cart items. Simply KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE Buy it now button especially if a seller has below 95% POSITIVE FEEDBACK rating.

In fact parts not sold in the proper channels are considered fakes. Ebay doesn't have the possibility to authenticate parts or provide traceability.
