Replacement for IGBT SKP10N60

Hello

i am trying to repair a old favorite (hoffman) wheel balencer

that has 320v dc suppling 2 phaze motor 

and 3a fuse 

driven by 1 of these TO220 10A 600V  igbt on each phaze

( and 10uf cap between phases )

each  igbt is driven by HCPL-314J  IGBT DRIVER  

CAN ANY ONE  suggest a replacement for this obsolete device
