Is this thing is electric generated and authentic? And if do, can you explain me more about this thing for my science project? Thank you.

Interesting you found a blog on E14. It looks to be a neat sensor, I'll have to try it sometime.

So you can know the extent of vibration. Different from digital vibration sensor that only accounts times, this analog one can tell extent of vabiration.
