SMD Transistors

Hello, I am making a digital logic project that requires SMD NPN transistors there are a lot of transistors but which transistor should I choose?BC847, BC817,2N3904, SS8550, SS8050 Please help me to choose one among them.

    posting schematics would be useful... SS8050 have maximum collector current of 1.5A - will they be used to drive some load? Or to implement some logic functions? Are you building this adder with only transistors…

    Transistors are selected for speed, transfer parameters (hFE, etc.) voltage, and current requirements. What are the conditions your digital logic is working under?

    Just for completeness, listing a few additional selection criteria, primary used in non-digital circuits: noise, heat transfer, high frequency impedance parameters, capacitance, reverse voltage breakdown, leakage current. Many charted over various other conditions, like temperature.

    I am planning to make 8-bit adder with those transistors! after reading all the datasheet I decided to buy ss8050. Should this transistor work for this application?
