ECM motor module repair

imageimageHi guys I need help to fix my ECM blower motor module. It third time I am replacing motor on my water heater tank that works on natural gas. Each time the motor cost me 1850$ plus the labour to replace it.
The motor runs on 120v and speed regulated by contrôler by giving 36v duty cycle. The problem with the motor module is that it is stuck on high speed which is 100% duty cycle. I am sure it is one of the components on the module is defective that can replace to fix the problem. I don’t know how to upload the pictures.

    I'm not sure I understand. Are EBM-PAPST blowers expensive or was the markup to $1850 just a price gouge?

    Yes understand that but have have two defective blowers. I was wondering if I could or some can fix these. It doesn’t seem to be a big problem. Both motor has same symptoms. Soon as I plug them they start running to full speed which can be read on the display about 9090rmp. Here some more pics if someone can help.imageimage

    on your original fault discription you said it was dead. i took that as no go.now that you say it goes straight to full speed.

    what happens if you supply power only and with out the sub board connected.* you won't get a circuit of the motor*.

    I study this very well. Since It happened two time that I had to replace these blower motors. I tried both, the defective blower and new good blower. With new blower just pluging 120v ac connector. Nothing happened when I plug the 4 pin wire connector coming from computer controller  the motor start with 3000 rpm, then combustion chamber ignites the gas. In few seconds later the motor revs up to 9000rpm until the water is heated to targeted temperature. Then it stops until next cycle and on it go. 
    But with defective motor as soon as I plug the ac power connector the motor goes to 9000rpm and never stops. Regardless of the other connector plugged or not. Unless I turn off the breaker for the unit the motor would continue to run hour and hour. Day in day out.

    so I have come up to the conclusion that one of the components on the ECM module is fried. But due to my limited knowledge on the circuit I can figure it out. I hope some of you guys might have a clue.

    on your last photo you are holding the interface board with the rest of motor on table 

    A) what happens if you power up the defective unit With OUT the interface board.

    B) if it does not move then take  a photo of both sides of the interface board 

    maybe with a back ground of grided paper and some reference numbers

    Here I have the second last motor that I replace with same problem. Plus there is video of good working motor in the unit. Please take look and let me know what you think. The video above is good working motor.
