Peak ESR70 Plus price differences

Hello all, I'd like to purchase the Peak ERS70 Plus but I see there are two choices. Can anyone shed a light on the technical difference between Peak ESR70 with order codes 291787802 and 2917878? There is close to $50 difference in price. I've used the online compare and they are identical.
I had had this occurance once before when looking at the Multicomp Rework Stations, two "seemingly" identical units had a rather large price difference. In the end I didn't buy either of them.

    It's possibly a regional promotion. The two order codes are the same, except one has 02 appended on it. Although one region can get a discount, the other region cannot. In other words, although you may be able to see both prices (i.e. you can enjoy the discount), other regions will not be able to see the 02 suffix price.
