MURS360 if DO-214AB. MURS160 or MURS260 if DO-214AA.
Not MURS260, it has M2J device marking, see here: www.vishay.com/.../murs240.pdf
Not in the General Semiconductor era.
Can't find a datasheet that would support the claim.
THANKS i am going to order MURS160
WHEN I tried using google image on diode or on just the symbal i got no results.so is there anything else to get that to work?
Image search is currently pretty basic. If you provide a picture of a larger PCB area, it just finds some general electronics. If you focus only on the logo, it tries to find similar artefacts like jewelry or tatoos etc. I guess it would work better if a company logo on a building was provided or something similar. Currently it is only interpreted as some curves on some surface, which is pretty much anything.
