Danfoss VSD parts

Hello

i am looking at a Danfos VSD which has a dead IGBT module number on it DP50H1200T101757

I have not found a data sheet to know what else would fit

i have found similar part numbers on EBAY

I expect they will sell complete new unit and not sell parts of unit i have emailed them . with no reply yet

Many of these IGBT modules are customised based on the manufacturer's requirements, so to find one with the right ratings and connections arranged in the same way is not entirely likely. Chances are that you'll have to go with an original replacement as it doesn't look to be an off-the-shelf part to me ...

some of the VFD bridges are built as a single module, of 3 phase full wave rectifier feeding 3 phases H bridges with access to DC link, especially the small HP/kW models.
