the power supply seems unable to set the correct voltage. anyone had that issue before?

in case someone has this issue, after discussion with vendor, we got a calibration procedure (here attached). but still not helping for the precision. we ended up buying another power supply in similar price range: MP711057 DC POWER SUPPLY. It works well and sets the correct voltage!

Ok, I found back my model number. It's Tenma 72-8340A. Please have a look at the following link: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/repair/tenma-72-8340a-calibration-procedure/ There is a pdf attached to the last post. You can try the same procedure for your supply....maybe the firmware is similar. Let me know how it goes! Best Regards, Saad
