You can search for a datasheet - most part markings are abbreviated but my best determination that it's likely a Panasonic MA4S713 dual Schottky diode package - see datasheet here:

Good luck finding a suitable replacement - you may need to consider looking for a suitable substitute if the original part is not available.

I have been looking at the guide you indicated. First of all, I want to say that I did not provide the information that my case involves a 3-terminal diode with a common cathode. In the guide, I found that what seems to fit best is the type BVA70W, BVA70T, BVA70.
Could you tell me the difference between them... which one could be compatible for an oven that operates at 220v?
