Looking for diodes

Jesus.
Jesus. 14 days ago

I have a hob with diodes marked A4S7. Can I find out which diode it is so I can replace it?

You can search for a datasheet - most part markings are abbreviated but my best determination that it's likely a Panasonic MA4S713 dual Schottky diode package - see datasheet here: https://www.alldatasheet…

You can search for a datasheet - most part markings are abbreviated but my best determination that it's likely a Panasonic MA4S713 dual Schottky diode package - see datasheet here:

Good luck finding a suitable replacement - you may need to consider looking for a suitable substitute if the original part is not available.

Hello Gouh, thank you for your response.

I have been looking at the guide you indicated. First of all, I want to say that I did not provide the information that my case involves a 3-terminal diode with a common cathode. In the guide, I found that what seems to fit best is the type BVA70W, BVA70T, BVA70.

Could you tell me the difference between them... which one could be compatible for an oven that operates at 220v?

    Probably referring BAV70/W/T right?
The difference is in the packaging primarily. BAV70 is SOT23, BAV70W is SOT323, BAV70T is SOT416.
They may look the same in the pictures but they are different packages.
