Need advice on Clamp Wattmeters

Hi members image
I am looking for inexpensive handheld (maybe clamp) meter which can measure power factor, Power KW or HP equipment & other basic things voltage, ampere, frequency. I'm working with 3 phase motors and power so I need an equipment for the same. I cannot go beyond 250$ I know its low but I wish to know if anything is near that range?

    I think you need a specialty meter we use in HVAC field which to some extent will satisfy all your requirements and still being a clamp meter it has all bells and whistle you need. Its called
