I just received an email reminding me that I'll need to migrate my LoRaWan gateway from The Things Network to The Things Stack.
To quote from the Johan's email:
"With excitement I announce that The Things Network is upgrading to the latest and greatest LoRaWAN network server: The Things Stack (also known as V3). The Things Stack is not just an upgrade, but a whole new software stack built from the ground up, offering new features, integrations, scaling tools, and an improved user experience."
I've actually had my Things Gateway offline this spring as I've started to reorganize my workroom. The Things Network V2 clusters will be sunset on December 31, 2021, so I'll need to migrate my gateway when I bring it back online.
From the FAQ, the Things Gateways should be enabled on The Things Stack by the end of Q2 2021 - so, I probably won't try to bring my gateway online until mid-July. I've been behind in getting my workspace cleaned up anyway .
Here is the migration link for others that might need to do this: migrate your devices and gateways.
