choosing a platform for LTE CAT 1 and Bluetooth LE

Hi All !

I am in search of a good platform to get started on a LTE CAT 1 + BLE capability. I expect coverage support over usa and europe.

I've found MangOH platform(CAT M1, 1 etc), particle IO(CAT M1). I'm interested in platforms with stable device firmware support and RF certifications.

I wanted to get views from this community as to which platform/combination has been helpful to them in pushing out a stable product, if there are any suggestions.

Maybe these 2 are suitable:

I'll be keeping an eye open as I too am interested in what other options are available.
