What about a few searches using Google? Have you tried the Micropython website ? They have all the information you want and need.

Those searches weren't that helpful. I tried doing it from article given from google searches but was unsuccessful for past 7 days that's the reason. I am asking for help in this forum.

I have tried it. it didn't work. It is the reason I am looking for better solution using python in command prompt from windows.
No one can help you with your attitude.
Please provide specific steps from that manual, what worked, where did you get stuck and what happened.
