I am using 24c512 eeprom to store data when switch is pressed , then after retrieve data and send it to server 

Initially entire memory is divided into slots each of 32bytes long to store data and 

I used many memory space (slots)

Weather  the life span of eepom will reduce, if i  reuse same memory space (slot) to write and read repeatedly ?

and will the life span of eeprom will improve if i use different memory space (slot) instead of reusing the same slot repeatedly ?

    I think the more write cycles an EEPROM memory cell experiences, the more it degrades, so it would help to spread the use equally over all memory cells.

    from the datasheet from Atmel:

    Endurance: 1,000,000 Write Cycles 
    Data Retention: 40 Years

    and:

    The 512K is internally organized as 512 pages of 128 bytes each

    AFAIR whole pages are (re)initialized (set to 0xFF then rewritten) at once on write (or maybe only if update cannot be done in-place: that means, if new data needs to modify some bits from 0 to 1, whole page is rewritten)

    that means that memory lifespan will be maximized if 128B pages are used and writes are spread on the whole memory capacity...
