Basically IOT is so ill defined, I am not sure that there are any ideas that are out of scope.
So if you have an idea where you think information about a device you use could benefit anyone by sending up the data for analsysis, then I would say your idea would qualify.

Mine idea woulb be to make a device for defence power for more security and increasing their atacking power giving them access to them by using sensor from one country to another
Ah, exploiting the IOT for military use is the kind of application that is usually overlooked in the rush to gather data without thinking about the consequences.
The insecurity of this type of data has been discussed in this forum and it remains a major issue.
The scope of this forum however is not for the exploitation of these technologies for the uses you discuss.
