May I say this is again a poll that is kind of unanswerable, just as 'what is the best development board' and 'what is the best engineering tool'? It's a bit like asking 'what is the best tool, a hammer, a plane or a saw' in a carpenters' forum.
All 3 of those opamps were absolutely great when they were developed. I preferred the LM324 because it was simpler to use. However I no longer use any of them because in todays low voltage electronics designs you need a low cost rail-to-rail opamp like an MCP604 for generic applications.
