To control the initial current in the flyback,(DCM) is it better to increase the number of revolutions and frequencies relatively or to limit the duty cycle?

You have posted this same question twice, here you have posted it as a blog which it is not.

You will need to explain your problem in a lot more detail (preferably with diagrams and pictures) for anyone to be able to help you.
