Will it be possible to design a variable power supply using National Semiconductor LM22679-ADJ ??
Input 32 Volt DC
Out : 10 to 30 Volt DC using potentiometer
Current : Max. 5A
Who has some experience to share ??

Hi,
LM22679 has a maximum duty cycle <90%; with 32V at the input the maximum output voltage @5A could be 27..28V.
Using an LM22677 at 200kHz the target is achievable, but with the use of high performance inductor and diode.
Hope this helps.
I want to be able to adjust the LM22679 -adj output voltage with a trim potentiometer from 10 to 30v .
.. Any suggestions for the optimal values for the components .
.. I have tryed the National Semiconductor Web-Bench simulation tool , but only fixed values and fixed voltages are possible in
this simulation tool - And I have tryed to contact National Semiconductor , but gets no answer
