TPS40422 — dual-output synchronous buck controller, can also be configured for a single, two-phase output. Its wide input range can support 5-V and 12-V intermediate buses. Voltage, current limit and sequencing configurable over the PMBus.
Ultra-low-power MCU for mixed signal control — offers 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators that contribute to maximum code efficiency. The digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) allows wake-up from low-power modes to active mode in less than 1 µs. Memory options to allow for complete PMBus stack implementations.
