With the TEN-30 and THN-30WI Series TRACOPOWER launches a new generation of miniaturized high performance 30 Watt converters with operating temperature up to +55°C without derating.

The THN-30 series, with 2:1 input voltage range, and the THN-30WI series with 4:1 input voltage range, perform with high efficiency across full load range. Due to use of highest grade components design they can be operated in a temperature range of  –40°C up to 55°C at full load or up to 85°C with optional heat-sink or output power de-rating. Protection against over-temperature, input under voltage, overload and short circuit enhance the reliability of these products. The modules supply a tightly regulated output voltage even under no load condition. Low input current at no load operation (8 mA) and remote On/Off control accentuate these converters as an ideal solution for energy critical systems.
Typical applications are in mobile equipment, instrumentation, distributed power architecture in communication and industrial electronics and wherever space on the PCB is critical.
The products are available with output voltages of 3.3, 5.0, 12, 15, 24, ±12, ±15 VDC all of which are adjustable by ±10%.
