I have 3 similar projects I need help on software developpement.
The 3 projects uses same platform, Ardupilote Mega 2.6 (if someone has a better platform; welcome for suggestions!)
PROJECT 1: POINTING ANTENNA TO SATELLITE
Hardware: 2 brussless motors like this one
- pointing a gain antenna to a GEO satellite; so the copter is able to communicate BLOS. Tolerance of the satellite is 20 degrés total.
- We shall use the GPS and compas of the Ardupilot; plus th gyros/accelerometers of control Tarot board to stabilize.
PROJECT 2: POINTING CAMERA TO MOVING OBJECT
Hardware: 2 brussless motors like this one
- pointing a camera to a rocket launch, hovering a copter close to launch pad and getting HD video of the launch. Tolerance is very tight as the rackets is up in several seconds…
The rocket will send to the Ardupilot of the copter his position (this is small very rapid rockets toys like here.
PROJECT 3: FINS CONTROL OF ROCKET
- Using 4 servos, we shall control direction of rocket directing the fins properly.
Is any interrested in helping or developping this pieces of software?
