PCB for pic microcontroller

I want to make an automatic irrigation system using pic microcontroller,so can anyone send me PCB design & program for pic  microcontroll for My irrigation system?

Circuit diagram will be some how like this.

So pls send me the PCB design & program.

    If you're not fussy on it being PIC, here's an Arduino or Raspberry Pi version all done, and the software is really nice to use. All open source, so you can build the hardware yourself if you prefer.
