Hard to find connector typ

Former Member
Former Member over 13 years ago

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone seen the kind of connectors shown in the picture before?

If so, could you please reply with the part number and hopefully a supplier name?

These are 7-pin circular inserts for custom made connectors, the company we use

to buy them from went into bancruptcy and they never gave us the name of the

manufacturer or the part number :-(

Thank you very much for your help.

    Hi,

    These look like amphenol connectors.

    Please check.

    Hi Marco de Grauw,

No, this is not the same, it doesn't have any o-ring. I couldn't find the mechanical dimensions neither because the link for the datasheet at farnell is broken.

I think it is more likely to be something like the following companies have:

    http://seaconworldwide.com/products/downhole/downhole/

    or

    http://www.pavetechnologyco.com/design/solder_productindex.html

But, these days is pretty hard to get in touch with people, so I guess it will have to wait for a while.

    Regards,

    VV
