I don't care if it is on-line or not, I just need a good teacher,
so I can become the best at what I love (Please include links).
Thanks

stop by societyofrobots.com its a good community, and where I got a lot of help initially (many moons ago). The book robot builders bonanza is also pretty good, however it is getting a tad dated. Overall the internet is your friend. Check out applicable open source hardware and software projects to learn by example. As for the mechanical side of things I would find a source on kinematics that suits your style of learning best.
Cheers
