Allegro A3941 full bridge mosfet driver

Has any one had experience with this device. Looking for some good application circuits. Allegro web site is a bit lacking.

That's a great data sheet - you won't find better !

If you need to learn about driving MOSFETs then Google a bit more widely than just the A3941. What's your application ?

Agreed the data sheet is quite comprehensive just would be good to have a little bit more on the application side.

It's a 12v DC Motor in an automotive application.

The H bridge circuit is not a major issue it's the Boot strap charge I am having problems with. We need to be running at approx 15Khz

Not a hundred percent sure!

It may be I have calculated the value incorrectly or have other issues.

It seems to be OK at lower frequency's (up to approx 5Khz) but the bootstrap voltage drops when running at 15Khz and hence affects the bridge operation.

Now back to work so will be wiring up the error pins to see if this sheds more light on it
