It may be I have calculated the value incorrectly or have other issues.
It seems to be OK at lower frequency's (up to approx 5Khz) but the bootstrap voltage drops when running at 15Khz and hence affects the bridge operation.
Now back to work so will be wiring up the error pins to see if this sheds more light on it
