Piezo-ceramics Charge Amplifier

Former Member
Former Member over 13 years ago

Hi Guys,

I am in need of a tiny simple charge amplifier to amplify a charge created from a piezo-ceramic and convert it into voltage.

I am using the piezo-ceramic as tiny detector for when applying force, thus I am in need of a charge amplifier.

Where can I find the schematic for one ? and who can create one for me ? can I batch PCB ?

Kind regards,

Pulicaverde

Try here: www.researchgate.net/.../260312577_An_electronic_electroscope Lots of designs on the web, some good some bad, this looks OK. The op amp they use is available but expensive, lots more choice…

The op amp they use is available but expensive, lots more choice if you reduce the power supply to +/- 2.5V but not quite so good or simple.
